In the travel industry, Jim Osborne is a true example of “been there, done that.”
He’s a seasoned travel industry professional whose career has been shaped by a lifelong love for global exploration and cultural connection. Having visited 100+ countries across all seven continents, Jim brings a truly international perspective to every trip he plans.
He studied foreign languages in college and further expanded his global experience while studying in Germany. Early in his career, Jim served as an interpreter for athletes at the Olympic Games, combining his language skills with his love of international travel.
Jim began his professional career as a flight attendant, gaining firsthand insight into the travel industry from the ground up. He went on to spend two decades in the airline world, holding a variety of roles across operations and sales.
In 2001, Jim relocated to Fort Worth, Texas, where he joined Virtuoso, a leading luxury travel consortium, and successfully launched their air program. He later continued his career with a large travel agency group and a travel insurance company, further broadening his expertise across the travel sector.
In 2023, Jim founded Secret Society Travel as a passion project. What began as a personal endeavor has since grown into his full-time focus, where he creates exceptional travel opportunities for you.
